At Blueprint Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
Because our work involves custom software development and digital services, refunds are generally not available once a project has begun, as resources and time are immediately allocated to your order.
However, we do offer refunds in specific situations described below.
A partial or full refund may be issued if:
No work has started: If you cancel your project before development begins, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
Service delay: If Blueprint Technologies fails to initiate work within the agreed timeframe and you choose to cancel, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, a refund or project credit may be provided after review.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Work has already started or been delivered.
Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., missing content, late feedback, or approval delays).
Project cancellation due to change of mind after work initiation.
Completed projects or delivered digital files (since these cannot be returned).
Instead of refunds, we prioritize client satisfaction by offering reasonable revisions or fixes when deliverables do not meet agreed specifications.
All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@blueprinttechnologies.net within 7 business days of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days using the same payment method originally used.
