All quotes provided are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms are defined in each project agreement or invoice.
Work begins once the agreed deposit or payment has been received.
Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.
All code, designs, and content created by Blueprint Technologies remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the project contract.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they provide (logos, images, text, etc.).
We respect client confidentiality and do not share project information or sensitive data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
Blueprint Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Use or inability to use our website or services.
Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
Loss of data, profits, or reputation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
We offer post-launch support and revisions as defined in each service plan or agreement. Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
We may integrate or recommend third-party tools (e.g., APIs, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for the reliability, availability, or terms of use of such third-party services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
